The 'Way to Health' rehabilitation centre helps victims of the war in Ukraine. The war between Ukraine and Russia began on 24 February. Since then, thousands of people have been injured as a result of the relentless violence. Both soldiers and civilians urgently need help to recover from physical and psychological wounds. The Way to Health Rehabilitation Centre aims to help both adults and children to recover as quickly and as well as possible under professional guidance.
A Warm Heart Foundation is committed to helping Way to Health provide rehabilitation to everyone.

MORE ABOUT THE FOUNDATION 'A WARM HEART'The mission of Way to Health in Ukraine is to successfully rehabilitate victims of war so that they can function as independently as possible.
"We owe it to our country, our compatriots and ourselves to help as many people as possible free of charge. Not only now, but especially when our country is being rebuilt after the war."
Way to Health is the only private rehabilitation centre in Ukraine specialising in the rehabilitation of war wounded. The therapists are skilled and experienced in treating people with gunshot wounds and injuries caused by mine and shell explosions. They are also excellent at helping people who have had limbs amputated or who have suffered from traumatic stress syndrome.
Depending on the diagnosis, the team develops an action plan for the most effective recovery, including physiotherapy, occupational therapy and psychotherapy. Unique is the virtual reality programme developed by Way to Health in collaboration with a Ukrainian IT company to combat phantom limb pain.
